Lap Swim
Come enjoy an early morning, midday, or evening workout with our lap swim programs.
Location- LGHS/Camden Pool

Master Swim
The master swim program will provide the individual with opportunities to improve swim performance through an expert coach, as well as promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Location- LGHS pool

Synchronized Swimming
Join the Santa Clara aquamaids and learn the basic of Synchronized swimming as well as advanced Synchronized techniques. This program is offer for ages 6-12yrs. Who want to learn an develop in synchro and to compete in local meets.

Water Polo boy & girls
Our water polo for boys & girls for ages 8-14 yrs is designed to develop the fundamental skills a water polo athlete needs to become a competitive player.
Location- LGHS Pool

Swim Lessons
Lessons are available throughout the year available to different level swimmers. The lessons will teach the participants the basic swimming needs to become an experienced swimmer, allowing them to feel comfortable in the pool. Experienced lifeguards will be the main teachers.

Swim Team
The Los Gatos Polar Bears offers a year round aquatic programs with high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for students of all ages and ability levels. The goal of our team is to provide an environment where every member has the opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at their highest level of ability, from novice to international competitor.

TEMPO Aquatics is a quality, year-‘round, competitive swim club, training at the Camden Community Center pool through most of the school year, and in summer, at Castillero Middle School pool. We offer a program that includes competition in both “United States Swimming” meets, as well as summer meets, as a member of “Silicon Valley Swim League”. Our motto is “Endless Possibilities”. Our program is designed to address ... the needs and challenges of the young, up-and-coming swimmer, as well as the science and strategy of swimming, for those who are swimming veterans.

Water Exercise (Aerobics & Yoga)
This water fitness class session will provide an invigorating cardiovascular workout that is easy on the joints. Exercises incorporate resist-a-bands, noodles, water weights, kickboards, and more. Swimming skills not required. Class is offered in both the deep and shallow pool areas, and is held in outdoor 80 degree temperature pool.
