Non-Profit Facility Rental Information

We gladly accept check payments for facility rentals. If you prefer to pay by check, please submit your booking request through our Multi-Day/Multi-Room & Special Requests section below. You can complete your request without entering credit card details, and we will invoice you for payment.

An LGS Recreation account is required to submit a facilities use request online.  If you are new to renting with us our staff will contact, you once your account is updated with non-profit status. Event Booking Online

For customers looking to book a single room for a one-time event, our online booking system is quick and easy. Simply select your desired date and room, and complete the booking process online. Our staff will confirm your reservation, and you'll receive an email with all the details.

If you are new to renting, please register your non-profit. Our staff will reach out once your account is ready the discounted rate will be applied when booking online.

Multi-Day, Multi-Room & Special Requests

For customers looking to book multiple rooms, multiple days, or have other special requests.  Here, you can submit your detailed request.  Our staff will follow up with your request and submit invoicing based on your type of request.
