WILDWOOD NOTE:
Thank you so much for you interest in reserving Wildwood Park for your upcoming event. Unfortunately, there was an arson fire on 8/3 to the restrooms. There was extensive damage done to the building. As of right now we do not anticipate the repairs to be completed for quite some time. There is currently not an estimated timeline when this will be completed. There are portable toilets available for use below the stage area of the park.
Wildwood Park-75 Guests and more (Full Park)
Full Wildwood Park Rental-$105 per hour - A beautiful wooded 4-acre park with a creek, this park is the perfect setting for your event. This park offers barbecue and picnic facilities, a children's play area with water feature, 2 horseshoe pits, a sand volleyball court, restrooms and stage. This reservation is designated for a full park rental with a minimum of 75 guests and maximum of 200 guests. If you do not meet the minimum amount of 75 guests for your reservation you will want to reserve the full park rental for 74 guests or less at the Facilities Reservation Page. Requirements for approval include: 1. an approved City of Saratoga Special Event Application (Please note fees for this payment were paid with your park reservation)https://www.saratoga.ca.us/formcenter/community-events-10/special-event-permit-application-52Requirements Requirements for approval may include an approved City of Saratoga Noise Exception Permit Application https://www.saratoga.ca.us/formcenter/online-payments-21/online-noise-exception-permit-applicatio-75 Requirements for approval include 1 scheduled Park Attendant for the duration of the event (If your event has 150+ guests). Payment to be paid directly to the City of Saratoga for the Park Attendant.
Wildwood Park-74 Guests or less (Full Park)
