Yes, however, we no longer accept credit card over the phone. An invoice will be created where the customer then logs on their account and pays via credit card.
LGS Recreation will send out an email at least 24 hours before the start date. In the email, there will be a provided link for Zoom or Google Hangouts along with a meeting ID and/or passcode if it is required for the class. Participants can click on the link provided and follow the prompts on the screen to access their virtual class.
Please fill out our password reset request form. Staff will contact you within one business day to unlock your account and assist with your password reset.
The best place to find classes is by clicking the “Find a Program and Register Online” button in the middle of the homepage. We have also created this short video to help you navigate the site. Here.
If one of our instructor doesn’t show up to a scheduled class, please call our main office at 408-354-8700 or email us at info@lgsrecreation.org so we can try and reach the instructor and see if the instructor will be arriving shortly or if we need to cancel a program for the day. We do understand that sometimes instructor’s may run a few minutes late due to traffic, circumstances outside of their control, etc. LGS Recreation will make every effort to inform participants if instructors are running late, or if classes need to be cancelled.
If a attending a full day program Please bring a healthy bag lunch (unless your program serves lunch), a snack, and refillable water bottle to each day of camp.
Please wear and bring sunscreen as most camps will spend some time outdoors. Please wear appropriate clothing to camp: sneakers (closed toe shoes), layers, etc.
Every camp is different. Please read the descriptions in order to find out what you need to bring or what is included.
Waiting lists will be established if a program is full. If a space becomes available, we will contact you. Please do not show up for a program if you are on the waitlist. You will only be added to the program if you have been previously notified and charged.
If your program is full we highly suggest you add your name to the waitlist, as we do add many individuals from the waitlist.

Refunds and Cancellations

We will make sure you are informed if you program is cancelled due to rain or smoke at least 1 hour before your scheduled start time. Please check your program description for a rain or smoke hotline, Twitter feed, or app.

Credit Card refunds will take 3-5 business day. Check refunds will take 2-3 weeks.
You will be Refunded based on your original form of payment.
