About The Club
LGS Recreation Pickleball Club was established based on community demand for access to Pickleball programs in the Los Gatos-Saratoga area. Many community members were a part of the formation of the club. The club includes access to Pickleball courts and equipment, clinics, open play, leagues, and the opportunity to build community and social connections. The club is designed for players of all levels. Joining a club can sometimes be overwhelming. Hopefully we have answered many of your questions via the links below.
Adult Pickleball Leagues
Welcome to our Adult Pickleball League Program! Get your paddles ready and prepare for an exciting season of pickleball! We look forward to seeing you on the courts. Here's everything you need to know:
Beginner Leagues-We will have instructors onsite to assist with gameplay for the first 2-3 meetings.
Each team aims to have a balanced roster with 2 women and 2 men, making for a dynamic lineup of 4-6 players per team. But we typically see more females in our leagues.
League Play Locations-Matches will be held at both La Rinconada Park and El Quito Park Courts, providing players with a variety of playing environments.
Players register individually and have the option to request to play with friends, as a free agent or specific teams.
Teams are formed based on registrant preferences, player requests, and league organization. Please note if you don't make these requests during registration, we cannot guarantee placement with your requests prior to the start of the league. Please note not everyone who registers may be accepted into the league.
We will be accepting registrations based on the following priority system. We will be sending out acceptance/decline info once the division is full.
1-Full Team
2-Partial Team of 2-3 players
3-Individual registration with no team or friend request
If the league is full, don't worry! We recommend joining the waitlist. By offering more time slots, we hope to accommodate as many players as possible, so you won't have to miss out on the action.

PICKLEBALL PLAY AT LA RINCONADA PARK & El Quito Park
Welcome to our exclusive Pickleball Club Open Play for members only! This is a fantastic opportunity for members to engage in friendly competition, improve their skills, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow pickleball enthusiasts. Open Play sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive, and suitable for all skill levels. Our members may participate and attend any of the following programs below. Members are welcome to play during non-reservable open play times as well.
Interested in our reservation based open play program? We would love to add any registered member to our Pickleheads info database. You can submit a request at LGSR Pickleball Club | Pickleheads, players will receive a text and email 4-5 days before each scheduled reservable session.
Due to the limited courts at El Quito Park we are requiring members to schedule play at Pickleheads during peak play times to ensure playtime for those registered to play.

Becoming a member comes with many benefits. The cost of membership is prorated for the remainder of 2024. Those who are part of our 55+ membership program will receive a free Pickleball membership for the remainder of 2024. Membership includes the following
