General Refund and Transfer Fee
Refund Fee
Refunds and Transfers are permitted up to 5 business days before start of program with cancellation fee applied unless otherwise stated. Refunds are NOT issued within 4 business days of the program's start date. Any request outside of the standard refund policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at LGS Recreation discretion.
Refund Fee: $25 for classes over $100, $10 for classes up to $100
Transfer Fee
$10 per participant, per program
Swim Lessons
No refunds will be given after the second class of the session without a doctor’s note. If a doctor’s note is provided, a refund or the pro-rated amount of the session fee (from the date the request was submitted) will be issued.
Lap Swim
Refunds and transfers are permitted up to 2 business days before the start of the lap swim session unless otherwise stated. Refunds will only be issued as an account credit towards a future lap swim session or LGS Recreation program. No Refunds will be issued for requests made 1 business day or less.
Summer Fun Academy
Summer Fun Academy-$75 / Summer Fun Academy Afternoon Camp-$50
There is a $15 transfer fee per track after registration has been submitted
Refund requests for, Summer Fun Academy and Summer Fun Academy After Care must be made by May 16th at 5:00 p.m. for Session 1 and June 13th for Session 2. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Other Policies
Cancellations
When enrollment is low, we reserve the right to cancel a class. You will receive a full refund within 2-4 weeks.
Returned Checks
A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check
Foreign Currency
We do not accept foreign currency, checks or credit cards.
